Watching my parents go from homeowners to lifelong renters because of bad mortgage terms lit a fire in me. I made a promise to never let someone else control my fate. That moment drove me to master real estate—through every win, every mistake, every lesson.

I didn't follow the traditional career path. I started as a firefighter EMT, putting in years of hard work, climbing the ranks. But at the end of the day, I was still trading my time for an hourly wage. I wanted more. I wanted to build something that gave me true control over my financial future.

That's when property management found me. I took a job as a maintenance coordinator, but I wasn't there to just collect a paycheck. I saw the inefficiencies, saw what wasn't working, and fixed it. Instead of waiting for permission, I made moves. That attitude led to an opportunity to launch a property management company, where we flipped the script on traditional property management and built something that actually worked for investors.

Fast forward to today—over $1B in real estate under management, operating in multiple states, and scaling to 10,000 doors and over $5B in assets. This isn't theory. This isn't luck. This is years of hard work, failure, lessons, and execution.
